We love this leash for our 12 lb. shihtzu-yorkie mix. Our dog will chew through leashes in just a few seconds. In the past we have used cable leashes, but they are not flexible and are constantly between mine or the dogs legs tripping us up. This leash is durable, heavy-weight, yet easy to use with it’s shorter length and flexibility. If you are considering this or a cable leash definitely choose this leash!Very chew proof and durable. The chain holds up much better than the poly coated wire leash but the nylon rope inside the chain may not be necessary as it tends to get pretty dirty.Durable dog leash. I got it because my puppy was chewing his leash and I didn't want to get a new one every month. This leash is still in great shape after 3 months of use.This leash was cute and all but the screw lock would not unscrew no matter what we tried, tools and everything. Therefore, we weren’t able to use it. We were looking forward to using this for the chew proof features but it seems to be defective. Kinda disappointed.This is a strong, overbuilt and stylish Dog leash. Its has strong stainless steel chainlink cleverly interwoven with blue thread.It has a strong fabric handle with bonus cushioning inside which makes it very comfortable.The hook that attaches to the dog collar is also surprisingly well made the spring loaded latch has a screw which can securely close it.I initially thought it was too shirt but now feel its just about the right length.A lot of thought seems to have gone into this dog leash and I am very impressed with it. It is slightly heavier that some other leashes but that just reflects the quality built into it.A very impressive leash wholly recommended.The handle is nice and soft and easy to hold but the rest is just hands down non chewable and sturdy.This chain is advertised to be chew proof, and unless your dog can chew through metal, that's exactly what it is.Not only is it chew-proof, but even starting to chew on it would be unpleasant to most dogs because it is metal.The actual handle itself is comfortable, easy to hold. The quality of the overall leash is great, I like it.Long story short, this was a good choice for me. My dog tore through the last one, so this is an awesome change.
