Used this product to train my 4 month old Havanese puppy to let us know when he had to go potty outside. It worked brilliantly!! Our dog learned in less than 2 days and I would have never believed this in a million years it could work this quickly. I hung the bells using a poochie bell hook (very nice product) because that door is used frequently to get in and our of backyard and I didn't want the bell sounds to constantly confuse the puppy. I followed the basic simple directions that come with the product of tapping the bells with his paw and said "ring the bells, go potty" and it worked. Bells are a great quality, so even though he is quite small (under 4 lbs) they still make a loud enough sound to be heard. The ribbon is thick and good quality and very nicely decorated. Bells can be hung anywhere and adjusted for height.
