I have had the larger bowls (for my older pups) and they are great. We adopted an 8 wk old 8 lb border collie mix and this is a nice size while he is little, then he can move up to the bigger ones as he grows (and this can then become a special treat bowl or given to someone else)-- this is tiny, itty bitty, little.. they note 1 cup, but it would be closer to ½ cup in reality. They clean easily (no weird embossing, groves, designs, etc to work around, just nice smooth surface) , and easier for the pups to eat from.Nice curved bottom & sloped side help them get all of their meal.Handle makes it easy to pick up. Support helps keep the bowl from scooting around.Nice heavy-thick plastic, not cheap or chintzy. Nice & Durable.I highly recommend these dishes, they are my favorites! I have tried others, and always favored heavy ceramic dishes, but the design of these make them so much easier for the pup to eat from (and so much easier for me to clean up).Wonderful selection of colors too.I have 6 Wetnoz melamine footed bowls that i and the cats love (sadly, discontinued). Was hoping that this would be similar, but it's not even close. Good size for cats, but the plastic or melamine is thin and feels cheaply made, like they're trying to cut corners. It has rubber feet to prevent it from sliding around, but because there are only 2 feet, and it's so lightweight, it easily tips over. I guess it's ok as a backup, but will not be purchasing again. This bowl is cute, but it might be better for a calmer or older dog. It's the right size for my 3-lb pom puppy, but he makes a huge mess by grabbing the silicone feet in his mouth and then tossing the whole dish over–he's more interested in using it as a chew toy than eating his food out of it, lol (yes, I'm trying to train him out of it, but in the mean time he keeps getting his food everywhere). If your pup isn't likely to flip or knock over the bowl, this could be a cute solution–otherwise I'd go with something that's more stable. It does look nice, and is easy to clean.Super cute, and perfect for my 5 lbs Affenpinscher. She has a hard time getting her smush face into dog bowls, so the title of this bowl is perfect for her. The dual function of this bowl as a scoop is convenient, too, especially for the dog sitter.I love how I can hang this dish up after feeding. My puppy loves to chew the handle portion, perfect also for her to carry!Love these, unique design with a sloped edge and an opening to insert thumb to hold bowl when moving it around. There are 3 stubby feet, each with a rubberized coating that keeps bowl from scooting around on floor. they also fit well inbetween the dish washer slots (most pet fishes dont)THIS IS AN AWESOME SCOOP!! I purchased two, one for my mother and one for me. We needed some better scoops for pet food. These are fun! They scoop nicely, plus it makes a fun dish for the cat. lOL! This measures the perfect amount of food. These Wetnoz scoop dog dishes are replacing ceramic ones in the same style. I like the design - the handle makes it easy to hold when washing or transporting, and the angle helps keep my pooch a bit cleaner when she eats. I have ordered several in different colors.I love these food bowls. I use them for feeding my cats their wet food. One of my cats used to make an awful mess and get his food everywhere, but with the higher backs on these bowls all the food stays in the bowl. My cats seem to prefer them too. The bowls aren't too deep so they don't interfere with their whiskers, plus they are very nicely rounded so don't have any parts that are awkward to eat from. The bowls are also very easy to clean and don't need to be soaked for ages like the metal pet food bowls I have.My cat is a very messy eater. He tends to lick his food across the bowl therefore, in a normal bowl his food ended up pushed out of the back and sides onto the floor. The shape of this bowl is perfect. He can move his food all around this bowl and it doesn't spill out. The back is slightly higher than the front so food pushed up there simply slides back down. I have 3 of these now. 1 cup size is perfect for cats.Bought this to hold kibble for two six week old kittens. The front was low enough for them to feed on, even at that tender age, and the 1 cup bowl still holds plenty enough for them eight weeks later, although they are getting too big to feed at the bowl at the same time. So I've put an order in for a second bowl! Bonus, the bowl is shaped enough that it only looks empty when it's actually empty!Bought these before for elderly and young pets. Ideal shape easy for pets to access from a laid down pisition.A bit small for my greedy messy eating cat, but will do for the next kittens I get??
