I loved this at first. I used it with my 50 lb dog , and it seems sturdy. But the clasp part broke. I did talk with the manufacturer of this item and we resolved the issue and I am satisfied. Probably didn’t need something this thick for our 14 lb Frenchie but I liked the bright color and the length!One of the best tie out cables I've ever bought, I love that the clasp has an extra piece that slides over the connected part for the dogs collar so that it really doesn't have a way to come undone, I love the spring on the other end so when my dog takes off in a full run to chase a bird, cat or other animal out of her yard it absorbs the shock of her full run stop & she doesn't get hurt when the cable ends. Definitely chew proof, thick metal cable coated in a reflective plastic, good quality for the price. Only thing I wish is that they made more length options.
