Small and not what I expected. The main flat area of this thing doesn't have any padding! Not a bed just a cover with a bolster pillow attached. Don't waste your money on this!!• Anyone who lets their pets on the furniture knows how important it is to protect your chairs and sofas. This mat achieves that but falls short in other areas. There is no padding in the main part of the mat. The mat is soft and fluffy, but there is just not much to it. Lastly, the sizing is smaller than we expected. We have a different mat which works perfectly whereas this one is lacking. We just find there are better options available.I didn’t put this on my sofa but instead just laid it on the floor my dog is okay with it .. it’s soft but the top pillow part isn’t very comfortable or firm it’s more squished down & I don’t like that. but it’s okay I guess for a dog.I should’ve read fully what I was ordering because I was surprised when it arrived not stuffed. The bottom part doesn’t reach out the end of the couch cushion and it’s too little for my dog. The material is soft though.I like the concept of this saving the couch a bit of fur. However, the material on the back of this is slick and it just slid off any surface we put it on. So now it's on the floor and looks like a flat dog bed.We got the LARGE for our Mastiff . She's currently only 37 pounds and she's already too. big! Very thin and way too small.When I pulled this out of its package I could feel its softness. The texture is so soft. It works perfectly as a mat for our dog's crate. It is so comfy and he immediately went to it to try it out. Its a good size! And it has anti slip grippers on the bottoms to make it even easier to set in the crate or on hard floor without it sliding around when he jumps on it to lay down for the night.I had one of these types of dog bedding already. My elderly dog layson it, but my other dog kept getting on her bed and when it comes to sleep they each needed their own space, so I got this one so they each have one. This bed is a bit smaller than the one I had but only in the section that goes down the front of the couch, which they don't lay on that part anyways. It's super soft and comfy. Has rounded edges, like a pillow which they can cuddle with when cold. I like that it has a protective backing and is machine washable. Helps to protect your furniture. I have a waterproof blanket underneath the beds for just in case there's an accident. Both of my dogs love these beds. Definitely a must have for dog owners.
